Important Notes

Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Vitalionix.com.

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
